- Request for a NEW Beneficiary to be loaded onto your account
- The NEW beneficiary must be taken from the “Bank Defined Beneficiary” List

Once they confirm that the new beneficiary is loaded, you are ready to purchase your electricity via ATM.

- The municipality collects black bags/rubbish on Mondays at 5:30 am.
- When your apartment’s rubbish bags are full, please remove them and place them in the rubbish area under the stairs in the building’s reception area.
- The building manager is responsible for putting them out on Monday mornings.
Property Rules:
Tenants, daily visitors (no sleepovers), building managers, cleaners and handymen.
Urban-dwell buildings are smoke free, alcohol free and drug free premises. Smoking of cannabis is also not allowed on our premises. Not adhering to these rules will unfortunately force building managers to implement penalties and can cause the landlord to terminate the lease with the tenant involved.
Tenants are not allowed to lend or borrow any money from each other or anyone that works at the Urban-dwell buildings. If tenants decide to not follow the building rules with regards to money lending the building managers and landlords will not take any responsibility for any loss because of that.

There is no dedicated parking at our buildings. Our buildings are very well located within the PE Central area and our tenants prefer to either walk or use public transport to get around.
No heaters or cooking appliances are allowed in the tenants’ rooms.
